Once again I will love to welcome you to my blog, today I will be making a post as regards the question asked by 
WE ARE ALREADY IN SEPTEMBER AND SOON IT WILL BE THE LAST QUARTER OF THE YEAR. DO YOU HAVE A SPECIFIC GOAL YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE BY THE END OF THE YEAR? TELL US ABOUT IT AND WHAT YOU ARE DOING OR WILL DO TO ACHIEVE IT.
I'm not really someone that is used to setting goals for myself but with time, especially getting to know Hive, I've come to understand that life gets easier when I set goals and targets for myself. At the beginning of the year the goal I had was just to add value to myself and to achieve that goal, I have always tried to make researches and also asked questions from people that I know are more knowledgeable than me.
During this process of adding value to myself, I have already being privileged to know about Hive and when I saw all the impact that Hive could Hive on me, I was very certain it would help me in accomplishing my goals and even more, guess what? I was not wrong at all. Three months after I joined Hive, I was privileged to be part of the newbies initiative and the first tutorial we were given was how to set SMART GOALS. That was the first time I felt like I was ready to give goal setting a try.
From the tutorial, we were guided on the things to focus on while setting our goals here on Hive. The deadline for achieving those goals was three months. The goals were focused on engagement, followers, consistency and Hive power. For the three months, I was able to achieve all of my goals for the first time in my life and that has motivated me to set a new goal for myself and this time I'm still following the same lesson I've learned from the newbies initiative tutorial on setting goals and that is setting SMART GOALS.
GROW MY HIVE POWER
For the remaining quarter of the year, I have set a goal of REACHING 1800 Hive POWER. In achieving this goal, I will put more effort in making quality contents and also quality comments and most times set my post to 100% hive power. I said most times because I might not always do that for some other reasons. I will also do well to join the #HPUD every month for the remaining quarter of the year.
GET A NEW PHONE
Recently I've been so limited in my content even when I know I can do better and one of the limitations I'm having is my phone. For the remaining quarter of the year, I want to invest in some of the engine tokens and hopefully I get some good returns so at the end of the year I should be able to get a reasonable amount of savings to get myself a good phone. I have also kept some of my HBD in savings to also add to it just incase. I know if I can get a good phone, I will be able to do more creative work and there by create even better contents for my followers.
GROW MY FOLLOWERS
Talking about creating better content for my followers, I also want to grow my followers as well and one of the surest way I know I'm going to achieve this is by engaging constantly with the platform, engaging in different contest and also creating more quality contents. I believe that with doing all of these things I would continue to grow my followers.
There are many other goals I have for myself but they are all embedded in these three I've mentioned here and I'm very positive that at the end of the year, I will achieve 95% if not 100% of my goals. That being said, I will love to invite

Realmente no soy alguien que est茅 acostumbrado a establecer metas para m铆 mismo, pero con el tiempo, especialmente al conocer a Hive, he llegado a comprender que la vida se vuelve m谩s f谩cil cuando me fijo metas y objetivos. A principios de a帽o, el objetivo que ten铆a era solo agregarme valor y para lograr ese objetivo, siempre he tratado de hacer investigaciones y tambi茅n hice preguntas de personas que s茅 que tienen m谩s conocimientos que yo.
Durante este proceso de agregar valor a m铆 mismo, ya tuve el privilegio de conocer Hive y cuando vi todo el impacto que Hive podr铆a tener en m铆, estaba muy seguro de que me ayudar铆a a lograr mis objetivos y a煤n m谩s, 驴adivinen qu茅? ? No me equivoqu茅 en absoluto. Tres meses despu茅s de unirme a Hive, tuve el privilegio de ser parte de la iniciativa de novatos y el primer tutorial que nos dieron fue c贸mo establecer METAS INTELIGENTES. Esa fue la primera vez que sent铆 que estaba listo para dar objetivo establecer un intento.
A partir del tutorial, nos guiaron sobre las cosas en las que debemos centrarnos al establecer nuestros objetivos aqu铆 en Hive. El plazo para alcanzar esos objetivos era de tres meses. Los objetivos se centraron en el compromiso, los seguidores, la consistencia y el poder de Hive. Durante los tres meses, pude lograr todas mis metas por primera vez en mi vida y eso me motiv贸 a establecer una nueva meta para m铆 y esta vez sigo siguiendo la misma lecci贸n que aprend铆 de la tutorial de iniciativa para novatos sobre el establecimiento de metas y eso es establecer METAS INTELIGENTES.
HACER CRECER MI PODER DE COLMENA
Para el trimestre restante del a帽o, me he fijado la meta de ALCANZAR 1800 Hive POWER. Para lograr este objetivo, pondr茅 m谩s esfuerzo en hacer contenidos de calidad y tambi茅n comentarios de calidad y la mayor铆a de las veces configurar茅 mi publicaci贸n al 100% de poder de colmena. Dije la mayor铆a de las veces porque es posible que no siempre lo haga por otras razones. Tambi茅n har茅 bien en unirme a #HPUD todos los meses durante el trimestre restante del a帽o.
OBTENER UN TEL脡FONO NUEVO
Recientemente, he estado tan limitado en mi contenido, incluso cuando s茅 que puedo hacerlo mejor y una de las limitaciones que tengo es mi tel茅fono. Para el trimestre restante del a帽o, quiero invertir en algunos de los tokens del motor y espero obtener buenos rendimientos, de modo que al final del a帽o pueda obtener una cantidad razonable de ahorros para conseguir un buen tel茅fono. Tambi茅n he guardado parte de mi HBD en ahorros para agregarlo por si acaso. S茅 que si puedo conseguir un buen tel茅fono, podr茅 hacer un trabajo m谩s creativo y crear contenidos a煤n mejores para mis seguidores.
CRECER MIS SEGUIDORES
Hablando de crear mejor contenido para mis seguidores, tambi茅n quiero aumentar mis seguidores y una de las formas m谩s seguras que s茅 que voy a lograr es comprometi茅ndome constantemente con la plataforma, participando en diferentes concursos y tambi茅n creando m谩s calidad. contenido. Creo que haciendo todas estas cosas seguir铆a aumentando mis seguidores.
