Greetings Brothers and Sisters.
We are so lucky to have the Creator of the Universe, God Almighty as our father.
But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name:
John 1:12 NKJV
The father say to us to accept His chastening and correction. Although we are His children, we still sin. It's actually wonderful that God chasten us. He ensure that we grow up in Him.
being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ;
Philippians 1:6 NKJV
By correcting us He ensure that the good work that started in us when we became His children, will be complete until Jesus comes for us. Also God delights in us if we listen to His correction.
What a blessed assurance we have. Praise God!!
