I am going to take you on a journey through the book of Proverbs. As you surely know Proverbs was written mostly by King Solomon. Proverbs is one of the poetic books in the Bible but it contains great instruction.
We know that Solomon was a wise man as he asked God for wisdom because he felt overwhelmed for his task to rule God's people. Because he asked for wisdom God was very pleased with him and also gave him wealth and honour.
Everybody can obtain knowledge but wisdom is something you get only from God.
If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.

I am sure we can relate to Solomon by feeling overwhelmed sometimes to live the godly life. That is why Proverbs is such a wonderful book to study as it's not written highly spiritual but very practical for everyday life. It has instruction how to live and live wisely and a life pleasing to God. It also tell the foolish ones what is the outcome if you not live wisely.
