Just look what hubby discovered nearby the ocean the other day! It is Gladiolas that grow there naturally in the field. This is surprising as this is not a wildflower.
He took the pictures and come showed it to me at home. And my brain immediately registered: nice photos for TuesdayOrange.
There is whole bunch of them growing wild there!
And what did I find, this morning when I wake up, a whole vase of Gladiolas for my birthday! Hubby said early to the kids to go pick a few. So here I am with my vase of Gladiolas.
So far I am having a lovely day. We went out for lunch and now my daughter-in-law is making a cremora tart. And tonight we will have a barbecue in South Africa we call it a braai. So I am spoiled the whole day long!
