I think your circumstances are quite interesting, as one of the things that could be done by the incubator is to help dev teams come together, via a register of people looking to be on game dev teams, including hosting chats/events for people to get together and put teams/ideas together.

In addition, there will be a need for dev experience on the incubator team. Is that something that would be of interest ?
