There are problems with the existing blockchain because of the large number of nodes that ultimately influence the consensus. However, Seele plans to overcome the problem with the proposed neural consensus algorithm, which has exceptional scalability.

The Seele platform is configured to use the neural consensus protocol for high concurrency between different nodes. As a result, the platform network forms a mixed and multi-purpose ecosystem. Heterogeneous block circuits will provide a platform and a subnet for various services and enterprises. Such a design will help to ensure the isolation of security and optimization of resources in the network. In addition, the ability to access the cross-chain will result in an inexpensive transfer for users. On the other hand, the blockchain 4.0 project will contain a faster blockchain network, consensus and transaction confirmation. The project will also provide an ecosystem that includes architecture, technology, applications and resources for all users to develop a faster, information and collaborative platform for an effective society.

As the blockchain technology has advanced, there have been serious problems:

• Work bottlenecks. Bitcoin is limited to 7 transactions per second (TPS). Applications should wait for a few blocks (usually six). Because Ethereum takes 10-20 seconds to create a new block, such delays have damaged the growth of blockchain services.

• Internship business interferes with each other. Some companies, such as very popular mobile games, can combine the entire Ethereum network, making it difficult to process transactions.

• The structure of the closed network. If interaction between chains does not occur, enterprises cannot interact between multiple platforms.

The decision of the arising situation is the multiple structure of the blockchain. However, this is only a partial measure, because multiple parallel chains are not able to meet the rapidly changing and diverse business needs. In addition, the problem of sharing the computing resources and data in several circuits was not completely solved. Any channels are based on the main chain, and dependence on the main circuit is problematic. The best solution is a heterogeneous forest network (HFN). In HFN, each chain provides a minimum number of service requirements, so that each service can work in separate chains. All this allows us to ensure safety and optimization. The same goes for network access, which allows you to carry out transactions between different chains.

Seele's Goal-

Create a powerful platform and a high-speed infrastructure for the free and secure distribution of resources, positioning, detection and transfer of value around the world. It is built on an open source platform. To achieve the goal, the startup developed a neural consensus algorithm to improve fault tolerance from 33% to 40% without loss of performance.
