As Jamie says, we will be fine. How he doesn't stress about money is beyond me. I try, but find myself getting anxious.

Well, all evidence points to having existed thus far,so it's a good change he and you will continue to do so.

I think current retirement ages are insane. Work right up to the point where you are (usually) too sick or too tired to enjoy life. Not to mention a good majority of retirees lack the actual funds for that. Travel? I look at pensions in Romania and they're deplorable, hardly enough to live. So basically you work in the conventional system all your life so that, if you're lucky, you'll have to make hard choices at Lidl like tomatoes or cucumbers. Jesus.

Like we were saying in a previous post of yours, I guess it's just the illusion of certainty. Most people in conventional jobs rn might be faced with the same choices and changes in a few years' time, so not that secure, really.

It's a bit of a case of 'be careful what you wish for' as I really, really didn't want the three days - two is perfect for my needs, and I find any more pretty wearying on my nervous system.

Unnerving how this happens. A friend jokes I should use my powers for good. Somehow, the things I don't want to attend, days I don't want to work etc, always seem to cancel. The outer world has a way of mirroring (either that, or we're hounded by freaky coincidences all over).

You've existed so far. You'll keep on keeping on. :)
