Oh man, that looks like one hell of a ride. Not much of a motorhead, but have little doubt this one would turn my head as well :D

Hmm I shut off the third season of the Bear as I felt they were repeating a bit the plotline, but honestly have been missing it (just can't beat that fast-living, grill-heat of Bourdain that it's layered with, can you?). Might have to give this another try.
