first of all it is important to mention this is only one definition of bubbles and crisis. it's a theory not a fact.

second, I just applied it on DJI which is important but not everything.

third, there are other signals which shows signs of coming crisis, like negative yield curve in bonds etc.

but back to our topic, I believe a crisis needs more momentum from here to gain, to me it is not probable till 2020 third quarter. look at the heavy retracement in the beginning of 2019 and then look back at the sideway from jan 2015 till 2017. so we have to see what happens in 3 years from 2017 June.
