Hi community!
The inclusion of reserve-team player Orian Goren is the major piece of news in Hansi Flick’s squad list for the Clásico.
Hansi Flick has just announced the squad for tonight’s Clásico between Barça and Real Madrid at the Spotify Camp Nou. Following a light activation session at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper, the players selected by the German coach have headed to their team hotel, where they will eat and rest before departing for the stadium at approximately 7:15 PM.
Although his inclusion was anticipated—as he had already trained with the first team on both Friday and Saturday—Orian Goren stands out as the major addition to Flick’s 23-man squad. In addition to the Israeli player, two other footballers from the reserve team have been called up: a regular, Hamza Abdelkarim, and center-back Álex Campos, who was also part of the Barça squad that traveled to Paris to face PSG.
It was in Paris that Dani Olmo sustained an injury. The player from Terrassa injured the adductor muscle in his left leg and will be sidelined for a month. He is among those missing from the squad, alongside Christensen, Eric Garcia, and Kounde—all of whom are also injured. The Frenchman spent the week trying to recover from an ankle injury, but he was unable to return in time for the Clásico.
See You soon!
