It can be so hard to find schools, and indeed teachers, which are able to meet the needs of children with ADHD and autism, even in countries where they try to equip all schools for them. I know many Australians homeschool for this very reason. Some are lucky enough to find schools which are a good fit for them, although it's often more find the right teachers at the school who the child does well with.
