Walk in the right ways of the Lord and do not be lost in your affecting and pursuing of the things of these world.
Acts 13:10 And said, O full of all subtilty and all mischief, thou child of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord?
Married people seems to have passion on how to make their spouses better and satisfy them, meanwhile they have neglected God.
But unmarried people cares for the things of God.
1 Corinthians 7:31 And they that use this world, as not abusing it : for the fashion of this world passeth away.
1 Corinthians 7:32 But I would have you without carefulness. He that is unmarried careth for the things that belong to the Lord, how he may please the Lord.
1 Corinthians 7:33 But he that is married careth for the things that are of the world, how he may please his wife.
1 Corinthians 7:34 There is difference also between a wife and a virgin. The unmarried woman careth for the things of the Lord, that she may be holy both in body and in spirit: but she that is married careth for the things of the world, how she may please her husband.
1 Corinthians 7:35 And this I speak for your own profit; not that I may cast a snare upon you, but for that which is comely, and that ye may attend upon the Lord without distraction.
Luke 14:31 Or what king, going to make war against another king, sitteth not down first, and consulteth whether he be able with ten thousand to meet him that cometh against him with twenty thousand?
Those that cannot hold their bodies can marry.
1 Corinthians 7:9 But if they cannot contain, let them marry: for it is better to marry than to burn.
Except a woman's husband is dead, she is still under the authority of her husband.
Romans 7:2 For the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband.
Abstain from fornication, if a man really loves his wife, he won't cheat on her. And if a man really loves his patner he won't ask for sex rather wait for when they are married.
We should offer our body as sacrifices to God because we are going to offer it to God as instruments of righteousness.
Romans 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
Let us respect the word of God and do so accordingly, do not be filthy.
Philippians 1:27 Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel.
It is a commandment to love, care and help each other. Respect God's ways and God's law.
We need to be wise, we are in battlefield and we have enemies.
Ephesians 6:4 And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.
