We can all recall even small gestures that provided us vastly disproportionate comfort.
And we are all capable of making such gestures upon and unto others. Some are conscious choices, others are haphazard and seemingly coincidental. Having now a daily commute to an office, a considerate word, a smile, an open door, and a genuine, "hello, good to see you", goes so, very far.
I've also started drinking green tea. I think that's helping me be way more zen. We are not the centre of our own worlds, but others do indeed orbit in our presence.
