I just try to be a nice guy to the people that I work with. I set reasonable expectations, and let them know that whatever nervousness or apprehension they're feeling, I'm feeling too, so let's be in the moment and be vulnerable together.

There's always an expectation set that both people have to be happy with the output, and I like to get people involved in the creative process itself.

So many models and people have their own creative visions that they can't quite articulate, and I see my job to try and get it out of their brain and into an image.
