Unfortunately, the Civic is very far out of lots of price ranges compared to its competitors - they're great vehicles, but a poor value proposition.

I guess the value comes down the line from reliability, longevity, and parts availability, but sadly, Honda vehicles are almost all but dead in Australia. Nearly $80K for a Type-R!
