I know it is an element of "what about ism", but removing the need for those cars to be parked at that terminal would be a better use of funds. Extending the bus way to encapsulate users who drive 10-20 minutes to get to this terminal would be a more effective use of funds, if the goal is to move people, and get cars away from local streets.
