It was a manual process. I filled out the profile and waited to be approved.

I just checked https://www.palnet.io/nfts/profile and it looks like now for new applications it's 1000 PAL for automatic whitelisting. I am still whitelisted on palnet.io but no more manual whitelisting for other users?

I'll need to look into this more tomorrow.
