Something you and @nulledgh0st should look at is OUTPOST: https://github.com/hive-engine/outpost/

It's already set up for Hive and can use a token you create. I use it for https://www.hiveme.me/ and I can whitelist users before they post NFTs. I imagine that with some tweaking that whitelisting feature could be used to whitelist users to post articles and content.

After I got OUTPOST from https://tribaldex.com/outposts @reazuliqbal invited me to collab on the github and I have a branch I can edit for hiveme.me. I don't have the skill yet to mess around with that but if @nulledgh0st does OUTPOST is a possible solution that is mostly already set up for you.
