The easiest way to start on windows 10 is:

download and install anaconda python
Open the anaconda prompt
Enter conda install beem
Store the script as fix_canonical_urls.pyfile
got to the directory with cd inside the anaconda prompt
run the script with python fix_canonical_urls.py inside the anaconda prompt
