More blessings from nature for us: the first Mandarin 🍊 fruits found in my grandmother's backyard
Let's just say it's a young one, still small in size, and one particular detail that makes this mandarin tree even more incredible is that it's right in the middle of two much larger ones: a mango and an avocado. It's amazing because we're always told that plants like this rarely grow, much less bear fruit, but there's always an exception to nature's rules, so perhaps we're witnessing one of them.
There are only a few mandarin trees starting to grow, but there's one in particular that's much lower on the plant, which I was able to touch.
A little higher up the plant were four more, divided into pairs, with a gap between them, as they were growing right at the ends of the branches.
This concludes my post for the #hivegarden community where I share some of the plants that nature blesses us with every day. Perhaps I will be fortunate enough to try them soon and tell you what they are like, since they are in my grandmother's backyard.
