Yes, anyone is welcome to share content via dBuzz.
The issue was that one of your posts did not share content but simply plagiarised it - no source of content was provided.
And the other post did share (source was provided) but no original content was added to it. Like a short sentence with personal thoughts describing the shared quote - it was considered a copypasta.
Since there's possible monetisation of content on Hive, it's generally recommended to provide sources and at least a bit of original content when using dBuzz, like a short sentence describing the content that you share.
