Your accounts were blacklisted in February 2023 for spam-recycling the same posts dozens of times in multiple languages. The posts had no rewards declined so it was a clear attempt to farm and exploit the autovotes and the reward pool.
It is very strange that you could think that this type of activity would be welcome on Hive like it is some sort of free money farm.

The rewards on blacklisted accounts can have rewards accordingly adjusted.

As our new investigation found out (as the above comment mentions) It seems that you have refused to stop exploiting the Hive ecosystem and now you have moved to fraud by posting machine-generated content instead of posting original content.
