Could you please quote where we said that this case would be different than other cases of blacklisted accounts and be not applicable to the usual appeal process with a certain duration period?

We do not accept proxy appeals so we would appreciate not interfering with our appeals as it seems to me that you have little understanding of this case history. Also, you seem to have little understanding of how our investigations and the appeal process work.

The user is well aware of how to appeal as he had been blacklisted once and appealed then.
