It is not possible to delete data on the blockchain. You may edit and delete the body of the post but the content is recorded on the blockchain. It can be later searched for using specific tools.
That's why, it is recommended not to repost the same content as it may be seen as an attempt to double-dip the rewards. Unless you selected in the setting of the post to "decline" the payout. before publishing the post.
