Any posts (I am not talking about comments) with meme copypasta spam will be dealt with accordingly just as it has been dealt with so far. Many accounts were blacklisted for this type of spam and will continue to be blacklisted.
There is always an option to deny rewards using multiple frontends. If the user does not want to deny rewards on such effortless spam posts, the account will likely end up on the blacklist.
