The accounts "hanen" / "arunava" have been blacklisted for fraud by using machine-generated articles (they did not write them but used a tool to generate them).
They also appear to use spinning tools to avoid the detection of plagiarism.

Both accounts are going through more severe appeals (120 days/posts) for fraud.
