This user is very likely behind or connected to mocoyoton/yourinfo scam group. Mocoyoton seems to keep transferring between his accounts and his "exchange".

Since "souljay" appears to have some Dev skills that would explain why he has been able to keep creating these fake accounts that post automated plagiarism since a few years ago. He keeps creating them with OCD. There are over 700 of them already.
