Any new account with these traits and a low reputation that suddenly shows up knowing which tags to hit is very unlikely to be a legit account.

Your community was spammed by these types of accounts a few months ago.
If I remember correctly, you mentioned that you noticed the pattern and will take measures to avoid them being curated.
