It is blacklisted for repeated art theft/fraud.

The post was later edited to cover up and the top image of Santa was added after 7 days:

In all these cases, this user stole the art and wrote fake stories claiming to draw these. Then tried to cover up by editing teh posts, and once was caught for art plagiarism fraud.

It has been going on since 2018:

It is probably advisable not to curate known scammers.
