The trending post that you mention contains images that are NOT THE MAIN HIGHLIGHT OF THE POST. The main highlight of the post is a story - writing.

The alleged "small accounts" that you mention spam with copypasta of images/photos/memes that are not theirs without mentioning the true authorship. These images/photos are submitted as THE MAIN HIGHLIGHT OF THESE POSTS.

It is very easy to figure out that they are the main highlight since these posts hardly contain anything else except those images/photos.
The hive ecosystem is not a private farm to milk an easy buck with no effort, spam content.
