We have been asking him to stop recycling content since 2020. He had been blacklisted once for refusal to stop and appealed. He had the same explanation then. That He had many photos that he doesn't remember publishing. I hardly believe it to be true this time. It is not that difficult to put (or copy) the photos that were already published in a different folder, for future reference.
Sadly, he continued with this farming after being removed from the blacklist.

We mentioned recycling 15 days ago in one of his posts. He replied to it with the same nonsense as many times before and ignored our reprimand. Right after that he published 3 more recycle posts in a row (also submitting them to photo contests). It means that he knew well what he was doing.
