I am not sure if you are aware but the user was blacklisted a while ago for mass plagiarism.
Appealed once and was removed from the blacklist but then continued with plagiarism and was blacklisted again.
We equalized the rewards on this account.
We recommend suspending the curation if you don't want to unnecessarily lose the curation rewards.
