Please, stop keeping spreading evident disinformation about the Hivewatchers blacklist.
You know very well that the spaminator does not follow anyone indefinitely.
It follows an abuser as long as the person is blacklisted.
And as you know very well anyone can appeal the blacklist unless they committed serious fraud.
