I feel like we would need to provide some data so the overview is clearer.

It looks that almost all posts on this account have been re-posts of the previous posts (recycled post spam farming).

We have checked posts from the last 14 days and they have all been re-posts.
We also randomly checked posts from last 7 months since the account started posting on Hive. All have been re-posts too.

Also, we found out that the spam did not start on Hive.
We have found out that the re-posting has been going on for years. Posts were re-posted multiple times. It seems that it happened every year, in rotation.

For example, these posts were recycled for the third time 7 months ago. They were already published twice before:

It was not re-sharing as the payout was never declined on these posts.
Neither it was mentioned anywhere in these posts that they were already published before.
