As I have already explained, we are currently charging a 10% beneficiary fee because we do not have any DHF funding at this stage. We still need to cover essential expenses like server and domain costs. Our plan is to gradually reduce this fee and eventually bring it down to 0% as soon as our financial situation improves.
Regarding user mistakes, I have mentioned that I am currently busy in my exams and handling most of the work alone since I do not have a dedicated team yet. Many users joining the platform are new and are still unfamiliar with Hive guidelines and standards. We provide them with basic guidance and share educational resources, including YouTube tutorials, to help them learn. Despite our best efforts, some new users naturally make mistakes as they learn.
I kindly ask for a little more time and understanding. Our top priority is to ensure that all users follow the required standards and guidelines. We are continuously working to improve the quality of participation and help newcomers become responsible and knowledgeable members of the community.
