Here's what I would suggest you do:
Document all of this and how many people you are onboarding each week.
Detail how you do it, and then write a very concise article. When you do this, tag me, and I'll reblog it. I think people should know about this, and how much work you are doing to bring new people here. Then we can post about it in the Hive.io discord channel also to bring awareness.
