Technically, today's a holiday. But I find myself working at home on this day off. I guess it's nice to still be able to work in a location I choose to deem appropriate, but still... not ideal.
I guess there's also something unique about the quietness that comes about from working when the rest of the world is turned off perse. Its a change-up from the typical busy-ness of the normal workin' environment. Theres also some freedom in the to go at things at my own pace and I guess one should revel in the achievement of getting more done than usual.
I guess its essential to balance the need for rest along with the pressure of needing to do more work though. Not bummed, just wishing things were different.
