Upland Mobile App Down - Site Sucks As Usual - Frustrating

I try to keep the faith with Upland, the game irritates me to no end sometimes, especially the customer service which is honestly just horst shit but when the mobile app goes down, the site frequently doesn't work, their WAX portal being down for months, all I can say is that they just suck at a lot of things.

Really hope my money I have parked in here isn't just a total loss and that this game can get their act together at some point.
