Great work and I also profited from Steem learning and getting deep insights about crypto and the application of blockchains. It's nice to immerse in a topic and provide value to others through training. Yes this is the future, building a school is definitely the better option than going to war unfortunately many people outside crypto in the fiat world vote for.
But there are caveats and the problem in driving within this crypto tunnel: On the one hand I experienced a distaste from the outside world of working together with those "crypto savvy people" ----> conservatives in their allegedly save positions have too much fear of loosing out in upheavals of change. On the other hand people that tried to go the middle road like getting a university degree from University of Nicosia in Digital Currencies had hard times to find an anchor on the job market. Although university degrees try to build a bridge between the future (the study program is fully remote) and how to be a good employee, graduates had to deal with the fact that nobody will employ them, but that they are forced to become entrepreneurial.
