You are correct, the APR for HBD is 10%, so I have corrected the proposal.

The purpose is to use HBD for daily purchases via HBD point of sale purchase mechanisms or convert it to bitcoin via the existng bitcoin-hbd swap mechnisms. The overall goal is reducing selling pressure
