Here are the results after the 1st day of the knock-out stage

The Women's World Cup Round of 16 kicked off with a bang, bringing us two exhilarating matches!

In the first game, Switzerland faced Spain and put up a valiant effort, but Spain's dominant display led them to a resounding 5-1 victory. The second match between Japan and Norway was equally thrilling, with Japan emerging victorious with a score of 3-1.

These fantastic performances earned Spain and Japan well-deserved qualification for the quarter-finals.
