Hello and welcome to another update of playing Train of the Century.
If you are not familiar with this game, take a look, it's an blockchain game on wax network, one of the earliest games I've started playing and I'm still playing it for some reason.
As you can see from the image above they have recently introduced night mode option, so if you start the game during the night (local time) you will be presented with this mode. Off course if you don't like it you can turn it off by going to setting and just uncheck this option.
I always play with this option turned off, it seems like the game is a little bit faster without it and I also turn off radio. I want my tokens collected as fast as possible and to send trains as fast as it could be.
I have 69 NFTs in the game right now and just yesterday I bought 5 new Small Open Top Hoppers railcars and 1 Wood Chips commodity NFT for $0.2 and Hoppers for $0.29 each.
There are still 4 trains in my collection. Only one of them has cars (Sedan) commodities and that's Gamacentury with 5 railcars and 10 Sedan NFTs in total. Other 3 have Wood Chips.
I also bought 6th railcar for Betacentury (30000 Tociums) and now all 3 of them have 6 railcars each (out of 8 max).
There are 3 different types of Open Top Hoppers, small one caries single aggregate or ore commodity, medium can carry 2 and large can carry 3 of them. So in total you can have 1 train with 8x3 equals 24 Wood Chips NFTs.
But there is price to pay. As I said before, floor price for Small Hopper is $0.2 for medium is $2.50 and for large is $13.54. That's a big difference.
There are other NFTs open hoppers can carry. For aggregates there is Gravel (floor price $1) and River Rock (floor price $3.43).
If you choose ore as a commodity you can have Halite (floor price $5.72) or Magnetite (floor price $14.14) or even Stibnite (floor price $60).
This is probably the reason why I still play this game, hunting down for commodity culprit and free expensive NFTs.
