En la historia del mundo, si bien se han destacado a lo largo de los tiempos los logros del género masculino, las mujeres también han cumplido papeles muy importantes, que aunque quisieran callarlas o minimizarlas, han dejado huella de su presencia y del valor que tienen para la sociedad, aunque haya sectores que se empeñen en ocultarlo.

Estudiando un poco la historia de la humanidad, al principio de los tiempos, el matriarcado era preponderante, por ser las mujeres quienes eran (y siguen siendo) el pilar fundamental de la familia, pero justo esto fue lo que en los años subsiguientes hizo que el quedarse en casa y mantener todo el orden, las pusiera en desventaja.

![English]In the history of the world, although the achievements of the male gender have stood out throughout time, women have also played very important roles, and although they would like to silence or minimize them, they have left a mark of their presence and the value they have for society, even though there are sectors that insist on hiding it.
Studying a little the history of mankind, at the beginning of time, matriarchy was preponderant, because women were (and still are) the fundamental pillar of the family, but this was precisely what in subsequent years made them stay at home and keep all the order, put them at a disadvantage.

     Al ser ellas quienes permanecían en el hogar, y los hombres salir a buscar el sustento, se perdieron de ver la realidad que sucedía más allá de casa, y esto dio pie a que fueran los hombres en su mayoría quienes empezaran a destacar no solo en las ciencias, sino también en las artes y en los demás aspectos de la sociedad.

Pero la naturaleza de la mujer ha sido remontar cualquier circunstancia y aunque ha sido un proceso largo y complejo, actualmente son muchas las féminas que destacan a la par de los hombres.

![English]As they were the ones who stayed at home, and men went out to look for sustenance, they lost sight of the reality that was happening beyond home, and this gave rise to the fact that it was mostly men who began to stand out not only in the sciences, but also in the arts and in other aspects of society.
But the nature of women has been to overcome any circumstance and although it has been a long and complex process, today there are many women who stand out on a par with men.

     Siendo marzo el mes de la mujer, en Hive Argentina quisimos darle el merecido puesto a cada una de ellas, dedicando esta iniciativa en la que queremos que nos compartas con qué sinónimo eres capaz de describir a las mujeres.

Aquí daremos cabida no solo a historias de vida, sino también a protagonismo que han tenido a lo largo del tiempo, destacándose como inventoras, artistas, científicas, escritoras, dando a conocer aspectos que quizás no sean reconocidos por el común de la sociedad.

Pero también será la oportunidad de destacar sus derechos y las batallas que todavía se siguen dando para retomar esas diferencias que aún existen en otras partes del planeta.

![English] Being March the month of women, in Hive Argentina we wanted to give the deserved place to each of them, dedicating this initiative in which we want you to share with us with what synonym you are able to describe women.
Here we will give space not only to life stories, but also to the prominence they have had over time, standing out as inventors, artists, scientists, writers, making known aspects that may not be recognized by the common society.
But it will also be an opportunity to highlight their rights and the battles that are still being fought to retake those differences that still exist in other parts of the planet.
