I would like to clarify the case of delegating hundred tokens with two questions:

Q1: Each week, do you reward those who delegate tokens to you by granting them a reward of a hundred tokens?
Q2 If approximately 1000 tokens are delegated, do you offer 12 hundred tokens per week?

Please let me know if my understanding is correct.
