A person's personality will look mature when he gets through various kinds of problems that plague him. But this doesn't mean he's never been down. The difference is that he gets up right away and does what he has to live for. Without targeting anything and everything just goes away.
This is the time when personality is tested. When he managed to get through that difficult time then he would become stronger. He will be ready to accept the next challenge. Like a game, when we are able to win a level, then there is the next level. But keep in mind, each level of reward obtained is different. The reward is greater if we are able to pass a higher level.
A mature personality is not a perfect personality without weaknesses. However, it is a wealth of ability in a person to face the difficulties and challenges of life intelligently and calmly. Can this personality be trained? Certainly can. We need to practice managing our feelings by getting along with people. We will find many differences and opinions, from small things that we must become a person who can hear. Listening is not silent and not pro-active, but every word and action becomes meaningful. Problem solving skills are intelligence that can be learned and trained depending on how we manage our feelings.
