It's interesting when a cat follows our instruction and able to listen to us. I think what you can do is also train her with different time or provides litter sand for her to do her business. Although from my experience, my cats like to do it at the bathroom and never wakes us up and we also have special holes for them in the bathroom so it's easier to was the litter.
