To start off, firstly I will point out the reason for most wars caused around the world. As
Many people say America wants their oil. Well they are wrong. The truth is, these elites don't like it when some country stops using USD for international trades. Because this weakens the dollar and they "lose" money. This is why they attacked Libya, this is why they are funding "rebels" in Syria who are basically Al Qaeda members under different name. Their goal is to establish a central bank controlled by them in these countries, no matter what happens to the citizens of the said countries.
So coming to your second question, wars won't stop in those countries unless average citizen of the war waging countries is made aware of the truth.They have to rise up and send petitions to the congress. I'm sure few million votes would do something

About you first question, I think we need to create a handheld internet connected device that can be cheaply produced and distributed to the citizens of countries that are going to be attacked. Through these devices they should be able to post on an international forum dedicated to ground zero news (i.e. actual news reported by the residents of an area and not by international media). This forum should not be on the web (http://) but on blockchain based "web" that may come soon. People around the world should be made aware of this so that they always stay aware of what actually goes around the world.
