Saludos comunidad. Agradezco primeramente la oportunidad y el privilegio de estar en este especial. Mi nombre para todos quienes me conocen es Equipodelta, fundadora de la comunidad HIVE DIY, soy TSU en contaduría y finanzas, TSU administración tributaria, Técnico en Informática, Técnico en mantenimiento de micros y algunos otros estudios que no pude continuar. Por la situación del país, los profesionales nos vimos obligados a trabajar vía remota ya que el salario no se ajusta a la realidad económica de cualquier persona y familia. También soy políglota, mis idiomas nativos son portugués y español, también inglés técnico y entiendo algo de italiano. Mi familia ha sido nómada desde su salida de su tierra natal Portugal, creo que eso influyó mucho en mí pues he vivido en varias partes de Venezuela, desde Caracas, Aragua, Carabobo, Miranda, Maturín y ahora resido en Aragua nuevamente, sin ánimos de irme a otro lado, creo que fue suficiente.
Fuera de Hive soy terapeuta Holística, he hecho diferentes cursos de capacitación holística, péndulo, reiki y fiel creyente de la metafísica y espiritualidad, fuera de Hive soy Youtuber, Tiktoker y tarotista de los cuales no hay lucro económico en ello, pues la monetización no es fácil para estos temas. Haber pasado por tantas cosas fuertes y acudir ayuda profesional me animó a continuar con mi crecimiento en estas áreas, recuperarlas ya que desde mi segundo matrimonio todo de mí quedó en pausa.
Esta es mi actualidad, en este país cambiante, no sabemos… Quise continuar mis estudios de psicología pero por mi edad, creo que el tiempo lo tengo en contra. Tal vez más adelante.
Llegué a Hive producto de HF y los problemas con la cadena anterior, así que soy parte de los fundadores que creyeron en Hive desde el principio. Mi primera impresión es que tiene potencial y solidez.
Realmente se sorprenderían que en cuanto a reglas en todo aspecto son las mismas, solo que existen un montón de reglas no escritas y muchas personas haciendo cosas que no se ajustan a alcanzar una monetización, por lo cual puede que exista mucha desinformación, sin embargo, es la responsabilidad de cada creador de contenido de cualquier red social investigar acerca de las reglas y el funcionamiento de cada una. En cuanto a la gran diferencia puede ser la monetización, podría ser relativamente más rápida, siempre me pareció curioso en que somos las mismas personas aquí y en otras redes sociales, sin embargo, en Hive son más empáticas y se evita el lenguaje tóxico y ofensivo. Hay redes sociales donde no soy activa como Instagram y Facebook…
Dentro de Hive, hay nichos, comunidades y DApp´s, cada una con sus reglas, segmentando los intereses de cada creador de contenido donde su contenido esté ajustado a la comunidad. En otras redes sociales (X, IG, Tik Tok, Youtube) también existen nichos, solo que son controlados por el propietario de toda la red social, los nichos no son autónomos y solo son controlados por la administración, en Hive cada nicho o comunidad está a cargo de cada líder de comunidad y es autónoma y descentralizada.
Siempre lo he dicho y todos lo saben, para mí Hive es “La plataforma de los artistas” porque puede ayudarnos a crecer, perder el miedo e impulsarnos fuera de las pantallas gracias a nuestro Blog.
Mi blog es muy variado, mis nichos son Arte, Manualidades, video juegos, blogs de reflexiones, reviews y ahora incursiono en bebidas. Mis comunidades favoritas ajustadas a mi contenido son: Hive DIY, Alien Art Hive, Movies & TV Shows, Geek Zone, Music, Gems, BEER, me gustan porque mi contenido está dentro de cada uno de ellas.
Ser Witness era un sueño que creí inalcanzable, gracias a muchas personas pude lograrlo y mi nodo pudo correr gracias a Alberto, gente de Hispapro, pues aunque tengo conocimientos de programación, me faltaban algunas cosas para que corriera bien. Ser Witness implicó un gasto muy grande para mí y dada mi situación económica, la caída del precio del Hive y que a pesar que recibí apoyo de muchas personas votando por el Witness, no pude escalar a una posición donde me aliviara un poco los gastos, así que se detuvo por un tiempo.
Aprender a monetizar en Hive, crecer como creador de contenido es un proceso, no es difícil, es solo un proceso que no parece tener final porque todos los días aprendemos algo. En Hive siempre hay algo nuevo que debemos aprender y mantenernos siempre actualizados.
Tengo muchas metas todavía qué lograr dentro de Hive a pesar que ya he logrado varias. Eso lo irán viendo sobre la marcha.
En Hive tienes tu blog, tu blog es tu responsabilidad y es una herramienta espectacular para convertirla como tu portafolio, lo más espléndido es que no pagas por ello, podrías monetizarlo si lo usas como es debido.
Investiga siempre las comunidades, pregunta, lo que no entiendas, cada comunidad tiene moderadores, todos están disponibles para darle instrucción. Cada comunidad tiene sus reglas, antes de publicar siempre es bueno revisarlas todas.
En Hive existen grupos que enseñan: "Hive desde cero", desde cómo maquetar hasta consejos útiles que te pueden ayudar, hacer comunidad, compartir con otros usuarios también es importante y nos da a conocer cuando apenas estamos comenzando, es bueno interactuar con autores que te gusten sus contenidos.
Cuando encuentres la comunidad donde te sientas bien publicando y seas tomado en cuenta, recuerda el feed back, el apoyo hacia tu comunidad y creadores de contenido es importante para seguir creciendo.
Muy pocas personas he traído a Hive. Sin embargo, las veces que hablo de Hive es con la intención de atraer inversores, personas con potencial y que vivan la experiencia de creador de contenido usando a Hive como portafolio y un lugar de inversión en criptomonedas seguro y con solidez.
Conozco a su creador desde sus inicios, ver su crecimiento ha sido de mucho orgullo para mí, recibí mucho apoyo de Hispapro cuando mi nodo estaba corriendo y el apoyo continúa de diferentes formas, hacia los creadores de contenido que publican en Hive DIY, lo cual agradezco mucho. Me encantan los programas que tienen para motivar a los usuarios a crecer y mejorar en la presentación de sus contenidos. Deseo lo mejor, que continúe su crecimiento y cosechando más logros, es un excelente proyecto llevado por personas serias y con mucha visión.

Greetings community. First of all I appreciate the opportunity and the privilege of being in this special. My name for all those who know me is Equipodelta, founder of the HIVE DIY community, I am TSU in accounting and finance, TSU tax administration, Computer Technician, Technician in maintenance of micros and some other studies that I could not continue. Due to the situation of the country, we professionals were forced to work remotely because the salary does not fit the economic reality of any person and family. I am also a polyglot, my native languages are Portuguese and Spanish, also technical English and I understand some Italian. My family has been nomadic since their departure from their homeland Portugal, I think that influenced me a lot because I have lived in several parts of Venezuela, from Caracas, Aragua, Carabobo, Miranda, Maturin and now I live in Aragua again, with no desire to go anywhere else, I think it was enough.
Outside of Hive I am a holistic therapist, I have done different holistic training courses, pendulum, reiki and faithful believer of metaphysics and spirituality, outside of Hive I am a Youtuber, Tiktoker and tarot reader of which there is no economic profit in it, because the monetization is not easy for these topics. Having gone through so many hard things and going to professional help encouraged me to continue my growth in these areas, to recover them since my second marriage everything about me was on pause.
This is my current situation, in this changing country, we do not know... I wanted to continue my studies in psychology but because of my age, I think that time is against me. Maybe later on.
I came to Hive because of HF and the problems with the previous chain, so I am part of the founders who believed in Hive from the beginning. My first impression is that it has potential and strength.
You would really be surprised that in terms of rules in every aspect they are the same, there are just a lot of unwritten rules and a lot of people doing things that do not fit to achieve monetization, so there may be a lot of misinformation, however, it is the responsibility of each content creator of any social network to research about the rules and how each one works. As for the big difference may be the monetization, it could be relatively faster, I always found it curious in that we are the same people here and in other social networks, however, in Hive they are more empathetic and toxic and offensive language is avoided. There are social networks where I am not active such as Instagram and Facebook...
Within Hive, there are niches, communities and DApp's, each with its own rules, segmenting the interests of each content creator where their content is tailored to the community. In other social networks (X, IG, Tik Tok, Youtube) there are also niches, only they are controlled by the owner of the entire social network, the niches are not autonomous and are only controlled by the administration, in Hive each niche or community is in charge of each community leader and is autonomous and decentralized.
I have always said it and everyone knows it, for me Hive is "The platform for artists" because it can help us grow, lose fear and push us out of the screens thanks to our Blog.
My blog is very varied, my niches are Art, Crafts, video games, blogs of reflections, reviews and now I dabble in drinks. My favorite communities adjusted to my content are: Hive DIY, Alien Art Hive, Movies & TV Shows, Geek Zone, Music, Gems, BEER, I like them because my content is within each of them.
Being Witness was a dream that I thought was unreachable, thanks to many people I could achieve it and my node could run thanks to Alberto, people from Hispapro, because although I have programming knowledge, I was missing some things to make it run well. Being Witness implied a very big expense for me and given my economic situation, the fall of the price of the Hive and that even though I received support from many people voting for the Witness, I could not climb to a position where I could alleviate a little the expenses, so it stopped for a while.
Learning to monetize in Hive, growing as a content creator is a process, it's not difficult, it's just a process that doesn't seem to have an end because every day we learn something. In Hive there is always something new to learn and always keep updated.
I still have many goals to achieve within Hive even though I have already achieved several. You will see that as we go along.
In Hive you have your blog, your blog is your responsibility and it is a spectacular tool to convert it as your portfolio, the most splendid thing is that you don't pay for it, you could monetize it if you use it properly.
Always research the communities, ask questions, what you don't understand, each community has moderators, all of them are available to give you instruction. Each community has its rules, before posting it is always good to review them all.
In Hive there are groups that teach: "Hive from scratch", from how to layout to useful tips that can help you, make community, share with other users is also important and gives us to know when we are just starting, it is good to interact with authors that you like their content.
When you find the community where you feel good publishing and you are taken into account, remember the feed back, the support to your community and content creators is important to keep growing.
Very few people I have brought to Hive. However, the times I talk about Hive is with the intention of attracting investors, people with potential and who live the experience of content creator using Hive as a portfolio and a safe and solid place to invest in cryptocurrencies.
I know its creator since its inception, seeing its growth has been a source of great pride for me, I received a lot of support from Hispapro when my node was running and the support continues in different ways, towards the content creators that publish in Hive DIY, which I am very grateful for. I love the programs they have to motivate users to grow and improve in the presentation of their content.
