I like this idea. Although your focus is on micro loans for development projects, I wonder if the concept could include loans for crypto investments on or off the Hive blockchain... I guess your proposal doesn't require collateral, simply a willingness on the part of backers to provide capital for the loan, but I wonder if it would be possible to develop a lending platform on the Hive blockchain for bitcoin (or other crypto) collateralized loans...
