Its a very good website for animated weather parameters like wind, temperature, humidity etc
1 - go to: https://earth.nullschool.net/
2 - Move the map with your mouse or finger if you are on a touchscreen device
3 - click on 'earth' on bottom left corner for menu
4 - To check parameters on your location, click ⊕ under control
5 - click on Overlay for you desired parameter like wind, temp etc
Hovering mouse on different selections will give details also
